"We had Callahan (Champ Home Inspection) do a pre-dry wall inspection as well as a pre walk thru inspection on a new home build. Callahan performed part of the inspection with us and explained what he would look for. He did the work as expected and submitted an electronic report to us with photos and text explaining the issues. We discussed his findings with our home builder who addressed the issues that Callahan uncovered. Callahan was easy to work with, arrived on time, and performed the work as expected for the price agreed to. His rates were competitive with other inspectors. We would use Callahan (Champ Home Inspection) again if the need arose."
