Champ Home Inspections has been locally owned and operated since 1978. Our inspectors have performed over 30,000 inspections since the company was established. Not all inspection companies are the same, each offers different services for different prices. Champ Home Inspection reports are comprehensive, meet or exceed Arizona Standards of Practice, and are all inclusive. No extra costs for pools, spas, sheds, or age. Prices are based solely on square footage. Reports are narrative making them very easy to read. Not just a checklist. Each home inspection report is emailed the same day as the inspection and starts with a summary of our findings.  We also include many pictures to help you understand which items need repair. Phones are answered seven days a week by the owner  We believe you should be able to have all your questions should be answered.

Believe it or not the owner Callahan is the one you will talk to on the phone when you call.  No answering service here.  We will schedule you inspection based on your needs.  Your inspector has lockbox access making entry easy for realtors.  Your inspector will be state certified and carries all necessary insurances.  With over 30 years expirience as a builder and home inspector you can rest assured your new purchase will be observed with an extremely skilled eye.  We are not just book taught but know exactly how these homes are built.
