This is the last chance to correct such items.
This inspection is conducted prior to the expiration of the builders one year warranty on new construction. Some flaws take several months to present themselves and this inspection can help detect such items. This would be the last chance to ask the builder for repairs. We especially recommend this inspection if a pre-close inspection was not conducted.
